What to Expect

One visit. Real results.

Professional in-office whitening produces results no over-the-counter product can match. One hour in the chair, eight shades brighter on average.

  1. Step 1

    Quick consultation

A short pre-whitening assessment. We confirm your teeth and gums are healthy, identify any existing crowns or veneers (which do not lighten with bleach), and shade-match your starting color.

  2. Step 2

    Gum protection + sensitivity barrier

A gum-protective barrier is applied so the bleaching gel only contacts enamel. Most sensitivity complaints from drug-store whitening come from gel touching gum tissue — our protocol prevents it.

  3. Step 3

    In-office whitening session

Professional-strength whitening gel is applied to your upper and lower teeth, activated by a curing light, and refreshed every 15 minutes for one hour total. You relax in the chair with headphones or your phone.

  4. Step 4

    Take-home maintenance trays

You leave with custom-fitted trays and maintenance gel to extend the result. Use them once a month for ~30 minutes to keep the brighter shade — much cheaper than redoing the in-office session.

Why Patients Choose Us

Professional whitening, done right.

In-office strength gel, sensitivity-protective protocol, supervised by a board-certified doctor. Done in a dental office, not a kiosk or spa.

One-Visit Result

Eight shades brighter on average in one hour. No 14-day strip regimen. No two-week tray protocol before you see anything.

Sensitivity-Protective Protocol

The gum-protective barrier prevents the gel from touching soft tissue — the root cause of most whitening sensitivity. Most patients report no discomfort during or after.

Doctor-Supervised

Performed in a dental office under doctor supervision — not a kiosk, mall storefront, or spa. We can identify and stop any problems immediately.

$299 one-visit professional whitening
*Starting price applies to standard in-office whitening for qualifying patients with healthy teeth and gums. Patients requiring pre-treatment (cleaning, cavity repair, gum therapy) receive a written itemized estimate at the consult. Existing crowns, veneers, and fillings do not lighten with whitening gel. Final result varies by starting shade and stain type.
Common Questions

Answered.

How much brighter will my teeth get? +
Most patients see 6–10 shades of improvement in one in-office session. The exact result depends on your starting shade, the type of staining (coffee, wine, tobacco respond well; tetracycline staining responds less), and your enamel quality. We set expectations at the consult before any gel is applied.
Does it hurt? +
Most patients report no discomfort. The gum-protective barrier we apply before the gel prevents the soft-tissue irritation that causes most whitening sensitivity. If you have sensitive teeth to begin with we add desensitizing steps to the protocol.
How long does the result last? +
Six months to two years depending on lifestyle. Coffee, red wine, tea, smoking, and dark berries re-stain teeth fastest. Using the take-home maintenance trays once a month keeps the brighter shade for years.
Will it whiten my crowns and veneers too? +
No — bleaching gel only lightens natural tooth enamel. Crowns, veneers, and fillings stay their original color. We identify any restorations at the consult so you know what to expect, and we whiten the natural teeth to match the existing work where possible.
Why not just use whitening strips from the drugstore? +
You can — they work for very mild stains, slowly. Drug-store gels are 6–10% peroxide; ours is 35–40%. The protective barrier we apply prevents the gum irritation that makes most home whitening uncomfortable. And one in-office hour gets results that take 14 days of strips at home.
Can I combine whitening with veneers or other cosmetic work? +
Often yes — and it is the right order. We whiten the natural teeth first, then match crowns or veneers to the new brighter shade. Doing it the other way leaves a mismatch.
